How the Process Works
We work in five stages. First we review your floor plan, style preferences and budget ceiling. Second we produce a full design proposal with 3D renderings of every room, revised until it matches what you have in mind. Third we issue a detailed quotation with the complete material specification attached. Fourth we handle production, quality inspection and consolidation in Foshan. Fifth we pack, containerise and ship, with installation drawings and guidance for your local team.
Design typically takes two to four weeks. Production runs four to eight weeks depending on how much custom cabinetry and stone work is involved. Sea freight to most markets takes three to six weeks. We give you a written schedule at the start and update it as milestones are hit.

Budgeting for a Whole Home Package

We do not quote from a price list, because a price list without a specification is meaningless. We agree your material list first, then price that exact list. If the number comes in high, the fastest levers are cabinet finish, stone selection and appliance tier, and we will tell you honestly which of the three gives back the most for the least visible compromise.
Quality Control and After Sales
Every shipment is inspected against its approved material list before packing. Fragile items get corner protection and wooden crating. We photograph each crate, label it against the packing list, and send you the record so you can verify contents on arrival without opening everything at once.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we need the photographs and the crate reference, and we replace it. Custom items are remade. Stock items ship immediately. We stay reachable after delivery, because a solution that ends at the port is not a solution.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order only part of the house? Yes. Many clients start with kitchen cabinetry, doors and sanitary ware, then extend to furniture and soft furnishing once they have seen the quality.
Do you provide installation? We provide detailed installation drawings, labelled hardware packs and remote guidance for your local contractors. For larger projects we can discuss sending a supervisor, depending on your location and scope.
How do you handle measurements? We work from your architectural drawings and a measured survey checklist we send you. For custom cabinetry we confirm every dimension in writing before production starts.
What is the minimum order? Whole home packages have no strict minimum, but shipping economics favour full or shared containers. For smaller orders we consolidate with other shipments to your region to keep freight sensible.
